PhD opportunity · October 2027 start

I plan to recruit one PhD student through the University Research Studentship Award (URSA). This competitive funding route is open to UK (Home) and international applicants.

For Computer Science, advertised projects have their own application deadlines; applications with a proposed research idea are considered while funding remains. The Faculty of Science opening date has not yet been announced, so please check the official URSA page for updates.

Master's students, PhD students, and visiting researchers

I am open to working with Master's and PhD students and to hosting visiting researchers for in-person projects in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Bath when our research interests align.

Depending on the project, there may also be opportunities to collaborate with Prof. Philip Torr at the University of Oxford and Prof. Pietro Liò at the University of Cambridge, subject to their interest and availability.
